What makes the cookie dough rise? Why does oil separate from the vinegar? And how can you make food into edible works of art? The chef teachers of Radical Cooks  introduce basic kitchen chemistry, science and art (including plating) all while making delicious (and often healthy) treats.

Appropriate for children ages 8 to 12
