Radical Cooking Classes - IN PERSON
Hands On Pasta Making
Hands On Pasta Making
During this hands-on class, Chef Nina teaches a small group the art of handmade pasta -- from creating your own volcano of dough, to shaping 2 different forms. We include a special session of gnocchi making rounding out the pasta making to include three types of pasta. You'll learn about the origins and various techniques, and go home with a box full of pasta.
Following the hands-on portion of the evening, you'll enjoy a generous family-style meal compliments of our Radical Cooks chef team, enjoying dishes from Chef Nina’s family heritage such as mushroom lasagne, spinach fettuccine with marinara or bolognese sauce, along with a selection of seasonal verdure (vegetables) and dessert. Guests are welcome to bring wine or beer to share.
